About Leg Road

Leg Rod (also called a leg support rod or lithotomy rod) is an attachment used with the Operation Theatre (OT) Table to support and position the patients legs during surgery.

Main Uses:

1. Leg Positioning

   • Supports patients legs in raised or separated position.

   • Commonly used in gynecological, urological, and general surgeries.

2. Lithotomy Position Support

   • Helps maintain lithotomy position during procedures like delivery, pelvic surgery, or urology operations.

3. Stability During Surgery

   • Keeps legs stable and prevents unwanted movement.

   • Can be adjusted according to patient height and surgical requirement.
